DC Personnel are recruiting Assembly Operatives for a leading manufacturer based in Leicester. Training will be provided, so whether you’re experienced or looking to develop your skills, we want to hear from you!

Temporary with potential for permanent for the right candidate
Pay: £12.86 per hour
Hours: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

What you’ll be doing:

Assembling powered and non-powered equipment using various components
Using hand and air tools to build and inspect products to high-quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Ensuring all operations meet the company’s stringent quality requirements

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively (assembly or warehouse environments preferred)
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Strong communication skills to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately
Reliable with excellent timekeeping — punctuality is essential
High attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace at all times
