DC Personnel are recruiting for its client in Leicester for a CNC Operator

Pay from £15.00 – £17.00 per hour DOE

Full time long term work

Monday to Thursday, PM shift, 10 hours per day. Friday and weekends off.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. You will operate and monitor Homag and SCM machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and meets high-quality standards.

What you’ll do:

Set up CNC machines and load raw materials

Conduct test runs and make minor adjustments as needed

Monitor machines during production cycles

Inspect and measure finished products

Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance

Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines

What we’re looking for:

Previous CNC operating experience, furniture or woodwork manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential

Hands-on knowledge of Homag and SCM is preferred but training provided

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings

Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

A proactive, flexible team player

What we offer:

£15+ per hour (dependent on experience)

4-day PM shift (Monday–Thursday, 10 hours/day)
