DC Personnel are currently recruiting for a Machine Minder / Production Operative for the LE16 area of Market Harborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for regular Monday to Friday night shift work within a production environment.

Location: Market Harborough

Pay: £12.91 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am (Ongoing)

The Role
As a Machine Operator your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring machinery during production
• Checking products for defects and quality issues
• Identifying and reporting any defective products
• Supporting the smooth running of the production process
• Following health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working area
• Working as part of a team to meet production requirements

The role involves standing for the majority of the shift, so candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a busy production environment
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous machine operating, machine minding or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
