Quality Inspector

DC Personnel are recruiting for a Quality Inspector for our prestigious engineering client located in the LE18 area of Leicester to carry out final inspection of parts to ensure highest quality standards are maintained at all times.

Salary £27 – £30k depending on experience (Minimum of 3 years experience to be considered for higher salary)
Permanent role
Enhanced rate for overtime
Day Hours 7:30-16:30 Monday-Friday

Main operational duties and responsibilities:

• Final inspection to customer requirements on all batches including visual inspection, first article inspection reports and dimensional measurements
• Checking and release of first off parts produced in the machine shop
• Completion of all QA documentation as required
• Operating machinery as requested
• Being aware of quality requirements of the business at all times
• Being aware of health and safety responsibilities in own and others activities
• Adhering to procedure relating to the proper use and care of equipment, systems and materials at all times

Ideally we would be looking for somebody who is available to start right away and has previous experience quality inspecting or working in an engineering environment
